This Cookie Policy explains how World Kindness List (worldkindnesslist.com), operated by The Foundation for World Harmony, uses cookies and similar technologies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can be needed for a site to work, or used to remember choices, measure traffic or show advertising.
What we use
- Strictly necessary / functional. Used to make the site work, remember a choice you made (such as dismissing a notice or a language selection) or keep it secure. These do not need your consent.
- Analytics and advertising. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use social-media tracking pixels. If this changes we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires.
Third-party content
Some pages may include content from other services, which can set their own cookies or receive your IP address when you load or interact with them:
- Google Translate (where a language selector appears), which may store a language cookie.
- YouTube / Vimeo videos (we use privacy-enhanced modes where available).
- PayPal when you click a donation or payment button.
- WhatsApp and social links, which leave our site when you click them.
Please read those services’ own policies. You can avoid them by not playing the embedded content or using the links.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (see your browser’s help pages). Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
