This policy applies to donations and payments made through World Kindness List (worldkindnesslist.com) to The Foundation for World Harmony, a nonprofit organization based in the United States (501(c)(3)).
Donations
Donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. We use donations to support our humanitarian and kindness programs. We may direct a gift to where it is most needed if a specific project is fully funded or can no longer proceed.
Errors, duplicates and unauthorized charges
If you were charged twice, entered the wrong amount, or did not authorize a payment, email drfantastic@thefoundationforworldharmony.org within 30 days of the payment with your name, the date and the transaction details, and we will review it and refund where appropriate. Your local consumer-protection rights, where they apply, are not affected.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by PayPal and similar providers. We do not see or store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to the provider’s terms and fees.
Receipts and tax
The Foundation for World Harmony is organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States. Donations by U.S. taxpayers may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please keep your payment confirmation and speak to a tax adviser about your own situation. Tax rules differ in other countries.
Products or services
If we offer a product or service for a fee, we will state the price and any refund terms with the offer. If you have a problem with an order, contact us within 14 days and we will work to make it right.
