Every Ambassador of Kindness has a different life, dream, profession, business, charity, project, or aspiration. Some are teachers. Some are entrepreneurs. Some are community leaders. Some lead nonprofits. Some may one day choose to serve in public office.
The Foundation for World Harmony does not use its worldwide communities to promote politics, individual businesses, or religion.
Our purpose is much bigger.
We are united around three simple commitments:

- Be kind to all others and creatures.
- Be kind to our Mother Earth.
Now imagine becoming a Country Director and helping build a genuine kindness movement throughout your nation.
Country Directors can help develop State, Provincial, Regional, or District Directors. Those leaders can help establish local Administrators and groups in cities, towns, villages, schools, communities, and places of worship.
What develops is not a political machine.
It is not a sales organization.
It is a community of people committed to kindness.
And when you serve that community well, your influence grows naturally.
If you own a business, people may want to support you because they know you, trust you, and have seen your commitment to helping others.
If you lead a charity or community initiative, new relationships and collaborations may develop.
If you have a dream or project, doors may open simply because people recognize your character.
And if one day you decide to run for public office, the same principle applies. You should never spread kindness simply to gain votes. But someone who has spent years serving communities, listening to people, bringing people together, and acting with integrity has naturally built trust.
Leadership through service is powerful.
The more people you inspire to participate in the Kindness Revolution, the more lives you can positively affect.
That does not mean we serve others because we expect a reward.
Quite the opposite.
Kindness is the mission. Trust, relationships, leadership, friendship, opportunity, and success are some of the rewards that can grow from it.
The world needs this movement.
There is too much greed.
Too much poverty.
Too much division.
Too much conflict.
Too much inequality.
Too much damage being done to our planet.
The Three Commitments give us a simple place to begin changing that.
Imagine millions of people learning to be kinder to themselves.
Imagine those people extending that kindness to every other human being and every living creature.
And imagine humanity treating our Mother Earth with the respect she deserves.
That is the future we are working toward.

From November 1 through January 1, we celebrate our Kindness Season—a time to make kindness visible, contagious, and fun.

We are also looking for more leaders at every level—especially people who understand community, service, cooperation, compassion, and the power of bringing others together.
Women leaders are especially encouraged to step forward, including teachers, mothers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community builders whose leadership can help kindness flourish in every part of society.
You do not need to be wealthy.
You do not need to be famous.
You do not need political power.
You simply need to care.
Become an Ambassador.
Become an Administrator.
Become a Director.
Build a group.
Support a school.
Help a village.
Encourage a community.
Inspire a country.
Spread kindness wherever you go.
Do it without expecting anything in return.
Then watch what happens.
