Throughout history, man-made disasters have inflicted horrific suffering upon humanity. Across the millennia, our Earth has also unleashed devastating natural disasters—earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, coronal mass ejections, and more.
Life is fragile, unpredictable, and far too short. Approximately 60 million people die every year, many never knowing that their final day had arrived. The moral of this message is simple: Live each day as though it could be your last. Many great philosophers throughout history—myself included—have shared this wisdom.
Live a life of kindness:
Be kind to yourself first.
Be kind to all others second.
Be kind to our Mother Earth third—our only home.
Tell your loved ones that you love them. Forgive them and others for the past, and ask for forgiveness when necessary. Regret is a painful emotion and a heavy burden to carry. Do not wait until tomorrow to say what should be said today.
Appreciate every sunrise. Treasure every friendship. Share your love, laughter, and kindness freely. You cannot control how long you will live, but you can control how well you live and how kindly you treat others.
Join the Kindness Revolution. It is a gift to you, your family, your community, and our planet. Live for today. Love without hesitation. Forgive without delay. And always Be Fantastic!
