My name is Merveil DÈDOTÉ NARCISSE VIHOUÈGNI . I was born on October 26, 1974, in the historic city of Abomey, Republic of Benin, West Africa. I am married Elsie OUNSOUGLO and the father of two children, a girl and a boy , Olivia and Wisdom. After high school, I joined my country’s army for seven years before receiving God’s call in 2000 to serve Him as an Apostle in the ministry. During this service, I resumed university studies, earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Philosophy and then in Theology. I am currently preparing two doctoral theses in Theology and Religious Studies. I also studied English, but without obtaining an official diploma. This is why I am bilingual; I speak both French and English.

My passion is to serve God and humanity. I love the Holy Scriptures and sharing God’s love with my neighbors.
I fight for the cause and well-being of children, especially those who have lost their parents, abandoned children, and street children. I have an orphanage to take care those children. I had worked with some international organization like Crossroad Prison Ministries (CPM) , United Missions Boderless Projets (UMBP).

Right now, I’m the National Director for BENIN IS FANTASTIC
