Around the world, hospital waiting rooms are often filled with patients and families enduring long hours of uncertainty and stress. The Kindness Revolution has a compassionate and creative solution, drawing inspiration from the proven concept of communal tables in restaurants, where strangers connect through shared space and conversation.
The plan:
We propose to place tables of kindness in the waiting areas of the hospital: surrounded by chairs, with coloring books, blank paper, crayons and activity sheets with themes of kindness, all marked with messages of love and unity from The Foundation for World Harmony and The Kindness Revolution.
Benefits of kindness tables:
