Please share this with everyone you know, everywhere. The change for a kinder world must start now.
The Imperative of a Kinder World
“Humanity is in crisis. Fifty-six wars rage across our world. Last year alone, they claimed 233,000 lives. Each year, 438,000 people are murdered by one another. And these are just the lives we take through violence.
Every year:
20 million die from heart disease, yet nearly 80% could have been prevented if we were simply kinder to ourselves, our first commitment to kindness.
10 million die from cancer, up to half preventable through healthier, kinder choices for our minds and bodies.
9 million starve to death in a world that produces enough food to feed us all.
14 million more die from poverty’s diseases—AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis.
This is not chance. This is not fate. This is the insanity of humanity.
And unless we change, it will destroy us.”

“We are standing on the edge of extinction.
Beyond war and disease, the threats multiply: pandemics, nuclear weapons, artificial intelligence spiraling beyond our control.
We have poisoned the air we breathe.
We have poisoned the water we drink.
We have poisoned the very soil that feeds us.
We have even poisoned outer space.
Yes, governments and leaders talk about mitigation. But let’s tell the truth:
At the root of every crisis is a lack of kindness.
At the root of every solution—there is kindness.”

The Solution: The Three Commitments to Kindness
“As Arnold Schwarzenegger says: Be useful.
I say to you: There is nothing more useful than kindness.
Being kind to yourself is being useful.
Being kind to others is being very useful.
Being kind to Mother Earth is being extremely useful.
These are not theories. These are not ideals.
These are the Three Commitments to Kindness.
And they are not optional anymore.
They are the foundation of survival.
And never forget this: we have people power.
We, the people, outnumber the politicians.
We, the people, outnumber the dictators.
We, the people, outnumber the rulers.
When we unite in kindness,
when we rise in kindness,
we will be a force to be reckoned with.
Say it with me: We are the people. We are the power. We are the kindness the world is waiting for.”

The Kindness Revolution
“The Kindness Revolution is not a dream.
It is alive—though still the world’s best-kept secret.
We are over 13,000 Ambassadors of Kindness, in 146 countries.
We have programs for schools, for communities, for children.
They are ready. They are free. They are working.
But the truth is: we cannot do it alone.
The world needs your courage.
The world needs your compassion.
The world needs your voice.
The world needs your action.
This is not someone else’s problem.
This is your problem.
This is our problem.
This is humanity’s problem.
And it will only be solved when we rise together.
When the people rise, change comes.
When the people unite, leaders must follow.
When the people demand kindness, a new world is born.”

The Global Kindness Pledge
“Together, let us declare a kinder world.
Let every child begin their school day with these words, because words shape reality:
I pledge to be kind and love myself.
I pledge to be kind to, and strive to love, all others.
I pledge to be kind to, love, and respect our Mother Earth.
We are all Fantastic.
You are Fantastic.
I am Fantastic.
Children who grow up in kindness will inherit the Earth.
Children who grow up without it—will destroy it.
So let the children say it.
Let the parents say it.
Let the teachers say it.
Let the world say it:
Be kind. Be bold. Be the change.”

The Call to Action
“The time for kindness is not tomorrow.
It is not someday.
It is now.
We must stop the insanity of humanity before it consumes us.
If you want to be useful—
if you want to be remembered not as a bystander to collapse,
but as someone who helped save humanity—
then do this:
Share this message with everyone you know.
Live it. Speak it. Demand it.
Join us. Stand with us. Unite with us.
Be the change. Be the kindness. Be the revolution.

“Ask not what the world can do for you, ask what you can do for the world. Be kind.”
