Dr. Jackson’s foundational expertise is rooted in a robust academic background. He holds a Ph.D. in Christian Education, a Master of Ministry (MMin.), and a Bachelor of Theology (BTh.), equipping him with a deep understanding of leadership, spiritual formation, and organizational development. Complementing his6 theological training are professional diplomas in Human Resources and Academic Research and Writing, along with international certificates in Counseling, Leadership, Training, and Monitoring. This unique blend of qualifications positions him as an expert in both spiritual and secular domains.
With over seven years of extensive experience, Dr. Jackson has personally led and trained more than 1,500 leaders across Christian and secular sectors. His proficiency as an international trainer is recognized by both MCL and the Great Commission Bible College USA, from which he holds an international trainer’s license and certificate. He is actively involved in curriculum development, a skill that has been vital in his efforts to create high-quality, impactful training programs.
Beyond his direct ministry, Dr. Jackson has served on a two-year special monitoring mission for the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), where he provided positive reporting and trained local human rights workers. Additionally, he holds a volunteer position as the County Director/Coordinator for the Republic of Liberia for the international organization, Fantastic. This demonstrates his administrative capability, commitment to justice, and keen eye for oversight and compliance in a broader context.
His current vision is to expand access to quality education in Liberia through his proposed institution, Fellowship University. Through this initiative, and in partnership with organizations like the Timothy Two Project International, he is dedicated to offering tuition-free and low-cost training to empower gospel workers, professionals, and non-professionals, ultimately contributing to the national and international development of the Republic of Liberia.
